Many of you probably noticed that the site was down a bunch yesterday? I personally haven't found out what happened or anything, so I'm not going to point fingers. Anyways, it's obviously back up, and if you were extremely worried for some reason, don't worry, you didn't miss anything, lol. That's why we have forums, to keep the community alive.



Also, maybe a little Naruto Movie 2 RAW coming up this Friday? April 28th is that day that we've been waiting for many months for, the day that the movie is released on DVD in Japan! We'll have a sub a few days after that, and I'll do my super MKV no jutsu on the sucker and make it nice and HQ while keeping it relatively easy to download. Either I or Majinuub will probably make it in traditional RMVB format for those of you who don't like extremely HQ video.




It's pretty obvious that the final bit of storyline from Part 1 will be in episode 183 based off those titles. Also, 185 is not the Kakashi Gaiden, that will probably take at least 3 epsiodes to cover.

*Updated with the NBST as the feature scan* Yep, if you can do simple math, you can figure out what chapter number we're on! Now that that crappy educational stuff is out of the way, check out the latest manga chapter, scanlated into HQ by the Naruto Bunshin Scanlation Team (and quite quickly too)! Yet another big storyline chapter, although I won't spoil it. No manga next week because of Golden Week in Japan (Japan's version of Spring Break). Cya!



Oh yeah, forgot to mention, episode 72 is FINALLY back up for download (I don't know how long it was down for, about forever I'm guessing). Not quite as good as many of you who were waiting on it expected, but it's still a lot better than these fillers we're seeing (the series hits an all-time low point around filler 168, just to forewarn you). Bye.

Hey everyone, we're a bit late to announce the episode, but who cares. Dattebayo has released their English-subbed episode 181 at their torrent page, so give it a download if you haven't already. We'll have the RMVBs and the much anticipated MKV release later, so you'll have to check back later if you're waiting for either of those. If you have no idea how to play the MKV file, I'll post instructions how (please read them before coming to me with questions about "OMG how do I play this???????", thanks). Anyways, cya later!

Hey NB'ers, got some updates for you. Gonna keep a couple of them short and simple if you don't mind.



Finally got the MQ version of the 180 RMVB uploaded, it's in the RMVB download section



The NBST has released their HQ manga chapter 303, check out the forums to find links!



We hit 50000 members the other day, quite a big landmark from when I became admin (around 24000 members and wasn't growing at all). Congrats to Rodah for being member #50000!



Now for the update that I am putting the most focus on, Naruto Bunshin will be having a significant upgrade in the quality of their weekly Naruto episodes that we put up for download. We will be throwing h264 into the weekly lineup, and it will be rated "HQ" while the 58MB RMVB that was previously rated HQ will be called "MQ+" from now on. This is a seriously huge quality difference, so if you are a regular HQ RMVB downloader, you'll probably crap yourself when you see the insane quality that you can cram into 58MB with h264. When I get the first official release out, I'll post details on how to get the file to work, it's pretty simple. Check out the Naruto Anime forum at the NBF if you'd like to get ahead of everyone else download the "test" h264 version of episode 180 that I encoded (you don't have to be registered). Yep, it's brand new and not too bad of a chapter either. The chapter 303 is currently MQ-grade and was done by Cherum (the raw speed-cleaned by Chikusho), you can grab the chapter here. You'll like this chapter, some big things are said.



OK, just got the HQ version of 180 up, I'll get the MQ up later once I can figure out why it keeps screwing up during encoding (some extreme bug in the problem is making the MQ about 300MB, you'd be better off downloading the AVI).
